Using his 30 years of experience in leadership and ministry, Martin works with individuals, small teams and larger communities, pointing out what God is doing and can do more of, in unique, creative and insightful ways. Martin’s emphasis is on visionary living, whole-life discipleship, and transformation of people and places through the Holy Spirit. This means building lives, communities and practices that combine a desire for the prophetic voice of Jesus, a focus on blessing the poor in spirit, and an enjoyment of God-given skills to work it all out in a myriad of healthily creative, and humbly fruitful ways.

Martin currently works as a mentor with church leaders and those in the creative industries in the UK and abroad, serves a number of church teams with regular visits and input throughout the year and contributes as a speaker and facilitator at conferences and events. He is chair of trustees for Essential Christian (Spring Harvest) and The Bless Network, and a trustee of DFN-UK. Martin is also an Ambassador with Skylark Church International, teaches for DNA, and is an occasional moderator for churches with a pastoral vacancy.
